A faint glimmer, gone to soon
Before the world could welcome them
We had to say goodbye
To our hopes
To our dreams
To our dear sweet children
Forgotten by most
Remembered by so few
When the time came
To blow the candles out
I sat, I stared, I cried...
Expected hugs, broken dreams
I will never forget!
